Restoration

In-house design & drafting
We draw it before we build it. Our team prepares most project drawings in-house: 3D models, framing layouts, floor plans, and cut sheets. You see the plan before work starts, and our crew builds from the same drawings. For larger or structural projects, we work closely with architects and engineering firms.

Construction Consultation
Straight answers from a builder, before you commit to anything. Book a consultation when you want an experienced set of eyes on a property, a plan, or a quote.
Before you buy
A walkthrough of a property you’re considering, with a plain-language read on condition, likely repairs, and what they might cost.
Before you renovate
Help sorting out what’s possible, what it will take, and what to tackle first, before you spend on drawings or permits.
A second opinion
A review of another contractor’s quote, plan, or work in progress, so you know what you’re looking at.
Owner-builders
Guidance on sequencing, inspections, and trades for people managing their own project.
$146.50 per hour, or a flat rate agreed before we start. Plus GST. Site visits within Prince Rupert included; travel outside town quoted up front. Projects we consult on that go on to hire us for the work receive a rebated rate on the consulting fees.
