Available to homeowners and contractors. Operator available at $105 / hr (4-hour minimum); operator travel time billed at 50% of the hourly rate.

Project Terms
Payment
- Net 30 days from invoice date
- 1% discount when paid within 3 business days
- 50% deposit on projects over $10,000
- 1.5% monthly service charge on overdue balances
- All changes require written approval before work proceeds
Materials & delivery
- Local delivery $125; remote delivery $185 + mileage
- Waste disposal billed at cost plus handling
